The solution for five error of water pump

Automobile water pump is power source of engine cooling circulation
When engine running,combustion in cylinder generate lot of heat, cooling liquid flow to engine nearby and absorb hot case water temperature rise. Under the action of the water pump,cooling liquid will flow to radiator via hose. Temperature cool down and flow back to engine nearby,
Water pump broken will case engine temperature rise a lot, damage component, or will possible broken a whole engine.
First, there are a little fumigation mark or liquid mark in the drain water hole
The main reason
When the water pump running, high-speed relation movement occurs between the sealing surfaces of the dynamic and static rings of the water seal. To avoid quickly damage of dynamic and static rings.it has one piece of water film to lubricate and coolant. Under high-speed relation movement, the water film generated and overflow, some parts of steam condenses into water droplets after engine stop.
Therefor , fumigation mark or liquid mark in the drain water hole is normal phenomenon. But if there is water dropping means leaking. There are lot of reason for water pump leaking, the comment reason is particulates of cooling liquid enter to water sealing surface.
Second, water pump make strange sound
Bearing sound
Rolling elements /raceways/channels themselves defection
Rolling elements /raceways/channels damage, the bearing Gap bigger.
Bearing oil dry up and hard.
Other component misjudgment, tension er abnormal noise.
Other component unfit well, etc. Fan, radiator,make bearing damage.
Wrong water pump size.
Water sealing abnormal noise.
One new water pump, when turning by hand it make creaking sound, because water sealing fiction it is normal phenomenon..
Suggestion
Bearing abnormal noise----- return back to factory check.
Water sealing abnormal noise--- it is misjudgment,add cooling liquid ,the noise will disappear.
Third, too much sealant cause leaking
The main reason
Too much sealant ,some parts of sealant will be attached to the product during installation. When the engine running,sealant will mixed with the cooling liquid enter to the water sealing surface cause to damage. Finally cause water leaking.
Suggestion
No more too much sealant, and not close to the pump . otherwise, the sealant solidified will be easy washed out enter water channel or float inside the cooling liquid. Or it possible enter to water sealing surface, case water sealing invalid.
Four change new water pump reduce service life.
Reason one
After installation, water pump appear fan wheel corroded, it is because antifreeze too bad( Acidic or alkaline, and impurity) cause cavity ,radiator ,water pump corroded.
Or because the fan wheel in continuous operation, corroded quickly.
Reason two
Did not change antifreeze before change water pump, and old antifreeze has deteriorated corrosive, it case new water pump reduce service life. And even change new antifreeze but not clean cavity, it is the same with corrosive.
Suggestion
Change cooling liquid and clean engine cooling system, use good quality antifreeze promptly, to avoid bigger lose.
Five water drain hole is blocked
The main reason
The water drain hole blocked is belong to broken element, this behavior can not prevent the water pump from leaking ,but may damage the stability of the bearing.
Suggestion
Stop gluing on water drain hole or cover.
